Mostly short 1 hour rides lately.
I guess it is my "off season", that is if I ever had an "on season".
I plan on trying to maintain some level of fitness though the winter, much like I tried last winter.
However, I don't expect such a mild winter. I got lots of outdoor miles last January and February.
Who knows, maybe there will be more of that this year...I doubt it though.
